Hot Sausage Dip

Ingredients:
2 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 lb. lean sausage – fried and crumbled
1 lg can evaporated milk (9-12 oz.)
1 pkg dry garlic salad dressing mix (packet). Dry Italian Dressing can be substituted, just add garlic salt.
Tobasco to taste
Pimiento (a large jar 4-6 oz)
Melt the cheese over low heat, add milk, then well drained sausage and seasonings. Serve in chafing dish or crock pot with Fritos or tortilla chips.
