2 lb. lean sausage &#8211; fried and crumbled
1 lg can evaporated milk (9-12 oz.)
1 pkg dry garlic salad dressing mix (packet).  Dry Italian Dressing can be substituted, just add garlic salt.
Tobasco to taste
Pimiento  (a large jar 4-6 oz)
